I don’t know how some of you bloggers do it! I get horribly uncreative and finding something that floats my boat enough to blog about it can be a real challenge. I tried on a lot to arrive at this final outfit. I knew I wanted to blog about this skin from Gigi Couture, that is a modification to Another Skin from Eloh, but being as that it is so bright and out there, it needed something either equally as bright and out there or something at the very least was going to enhance and make it shine.

I tried to think of the brightest, most colorful place I knew and I came up with Caribe. I don’t think I could choose a favorite store here but I knew the store that would brighten me up, Surf Co. Great hand drawn clothing that are sexy and relaxed. The store is simply brimming with color! I got this plunging tied polo top and “Cute” pants and found myself faced with a dilemma. I could take this outfit to tragically cute with either sneakers or flip flops, maybe even the ballet flats that are one of the reasons this store is so popular or I can take it to edgy sexy with a pair of heels.

Wisely, I consulted a man and the resounding “Heels, yes definitely heels!” had me running for Maitreya. I have so been looking for a reason to buy these fantastically yellow heels! My friend was right…heels made all the difference. Love it, love it love! Yellow is my new pink!

I have a good friend, Batts Larsson, who is part of a great store, Heroic Life. If you have ever looked for a super hero costume you have more than likely been there. Hands down Heroic has the BEST Wonder Woman costume in all of Second Life and a whole host of other wonderful creations.

Batts, Kim and I put our most Heroic faces on last night to off some of the Heroic Life’s great costumes. Right now a 50% off sale is going on through the end of the month. You should check out the Superman line and SuperGirl. Above I am wearing Phoenix in green, Batts is Superman Prime and Kim is Power Girl. Also make sure and stop by the store for the great freebie.

I love it when Heroes get friendly! Above we have Green Lantern, Wonder Woman and SuperGirl. Below also includes the Standard Superman costume and Booster Gold.

Batts also has a Roman inspired mall and combat arena. The mall has quite a few that specialize in costuming like A Touch of Ireland and Weird Shit and others that dabble and have great costume lines like Adored Clothing and Szentasha. It is sort of a one stop shop and is worth a look. A big party is planned for this coming Saturday. So stop in to Heroic Life and take advantage of the sale or the mall, and drop on by for fun and prizes.

Kim, Dolci and I had an attack of vintage love and decided we wanted pictures by a great train, steam, conductor very Hogwartsesque. Do you think we could find that in this virtual world …the place where your wildest ideas can actually come to fruition? No…so after well over and hour of searching and hunting and frustrating teleports we went to Caledon and found a train depot.

The tracks gave us hope. A few souls visted us as we eagerly anticipated the train. A few of our friends TP’d in for a chat. We went across the tracks to visit a few stores. We tied Dolci to the tracks because in the movies that always makes the train come faster. There were a few crashes and I think I even left for a few minutes to look for a pose ball.

We waited with baited breath and finally I called out, “Ok, I have taken enough pictures”. Kim was tired, Dolci had friends to visit and I was still clinging to the hope the train would come by. I am feeling like this may be a deserted Depot…I’m totally dejected…wait, is that…nope.
